1. Slam where I broke my knee cap three years ago, because it still hurts.
2. Slam where I broke my pelvis in Tibet, was trying to show off to some monks, skating a rail, trying to boardslide it first try no problem, but it was aluminium and did not slide at all. Instant karma is what You call that!
3. When my friend Daniel Spangs fell in my hometown trying to do a jump on the mini-mega into a blow-up mattress, he ate shit so hard while I was watching from far and I thought: “there is no way this trip can get any worse”. i thought so because I had just gotten hurt too. But after a few seconds everyone started laughing, I could hear them from far and that changed my mood a 100% and instead of bailing out on the trip, as I wanted, I kept going and enjoyed it till the last bit!

3 Places you want to visit again and why 
1. Barcelona – because I never have enough time there, need to go back and get cliips!
2. Bangkok or anywhere in Thailand, because of the 7 euro massages!
3. Tibet, because I got hurt there on the first day.

1. Tony Hawk, because of his game i started skateboarding.
2. Louie Barletta because he has fun.
3. Stefan Janoski because he had that style I tried to recreate!

1. Daan Van Der Linden I guess is not a newcomer anymore.
2. Jaakko Ojanen neither is a newcomer, but he is sure going to come with a bang!

3 Tricks you’ve filmed and you are particularly proud of it
1. Ollie into the bank in Sevilla, Spain (in my “where eu at” videopart). it was the only thing I filmed on that trip. I came out inbetweenmy school days for 5 or 6 days and that was the only thing I did on the trip, plus I made it 5 hours before my flight took off, so that was a great feeling.

 

 

 

 

2. I recently did an accident trick, where the board flips after hitting the rail. I was trying a different trick and three times in a row the board flipped in stead of shoviting, so I decided on the 4th try that I will go ahead and land it anyways, and it worked out that try, magic tricks!
3. Hard to say the third one, but it would either be a trick I accomplished because my friends recommended it to me or it must be a trick, where random people on the street were backing me, telling me I got it., and then the make happens!

1. Latvia is an independent country with it’s own language, folklore and history.
2. Latvia has always been inbetween countries fighting for power, thus always in the war zone.
3. Latvians are proud singers, choir singers. We have a song festival every 4 years where approximately 100,000 people sing songs together!

3 Unexpected things you take with you on trip, and why
1. Guitar, because I love to play it sometimes.
2. Hand sewn slippers for hotels and apartments
3. Gopro Camera since I like to capture the behind the scenes sometimes too!

3 Important things you learnt in Business Management
1. Good communication is key, plus a bunch of other things a good manager should be.
2. We are all a part of the “rat race”
3. Corporations only goal is to generate profits for their owners – not to do good for society and making things sustainable.

1 Barcelone Car je ne passe jamais assez de temps-là, j’ai besoin d’y retourner et de filmer des trucs.

3 tricks que tu as filmés et dont tu es plutôt fier
1 Ollie dans le bank à Seville. C’était le seul truc que j’ai filmé pendant ce trip. Je suis arrivé entre mes jours de cours pendant 5 ou 6 heures et c’est le seul truc que j’ai fait, en plus je l’ai fait 5 heures avant que mon avion de retour, ça a été une bonne sensation.
2 J’ai récemment fait un trick par accident, quand la board flip car elle percute le rail. J’essayais des tricks et 3 fois à la suite la board a flipé au lieu de faire un shove it, donc j’ai décidé de replaquer quand même la 4 ème fois, et ça a marché, magique !
3 Difficile de trouver un troisième, mais ce serait forcément un trick rentré car mes potes me l’on recommandé ou bien, quand les gens dans la rue m’encouragent, me disent que j’y suis presque, et ça rentre.

3 slams que tu n’oubliera pas
1 Lorque je me suis cassé la rotule, il y a 3 ans, car ça fait toujours mal.
2 Quand je me suis cassé le bassin au Tibet, je faisais une démo à des moines, sur un rail, j’ai essayé boardslide direct mais il était en aluminium et ça a pas glissé du tout. On peut appeler ça un instant Karma !
3 Quand mon pote Daniel Spangs est venu dans ma ville et essayé le mini mega ramp où tu atterris dans des ballons, il s’est pris une gosse boite quand je regardais de loin et j’ai pensé : « ce trip ne peut pas se passer plus mal ». Je me suis dit ça car je venais de me blesser aussi. Mais, après quelques secondes tout le monde était mort de rire, je les entendais de loin et ça a changé mon humeur direct, et au lieu de faire le gueule tout le trip, j’en ai profité jusqu’à la dernière seconde.

1 La Lettonie est un pays indépendant avec sa propre langue, son folklore et son histoire.
2 La Lettonie a toujours été entre deux pays qui font la guerre pour le pouvoir, dans une zone de conflit.
3 les lettons aiment chanter et en sont fiers. IL y a un festival de musique tous les 4 ans et 100000 personne chantent ensemble.

1 Ma guitare, car j’adore en jouer
